Screening TechnologyA ring emitting ultrasonic vibrations is installed in the screen frame of a screening machine, whereby the mesh is stimulated in a very fine and undulating way. Owing to this stimulation, a permanent mesh cleaning of the screen fabric is occurring. The primary function, however, of the low-frequency vibrations from the machine itself is the regular distribution of the sieving material on the screen surface. By this "active prevention" of congestion, constantly high throughputs (manufacturing) will be achieved, especially with very fine powder.
